I bought tan juno sling bag for my friend but the buckle was broken and they promised me to send 2 extra buckle. It's been 18 days and I haven't received it yet. Thier words and actions are totally different. The service and quality is pathetic. I'm not happy with their service. I'm attaching the photo of bag which I bought it for my friend.
